After graduating with a BA from the University of Alberta, Zeher successfully earned her LLB with Distinction from Cardiff University in Wales, UK. In 2011, she graduated from the prestigious Oxford University in the UK, earning her Masters in Law.
Zeher articled with a major Alberta law firm and in 2013 she was called to the Alberta Bar. She has been with Tarrabain Law since 2013 and has maintained a general practice with a specific emphasis on family law, residential real estate and wills and estates.
In her family law practice, she regularly deals with issues such as divorce, custody, contact, division of property, child and spousal support, restraining and emergency protection orders. She also prepares separation, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements for her clients and provides Independent Legal Advice. Zeher has experience at both the Provincial and Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench level.
Her real estate law practice focuses on residential purchase, sale and financing. She is eager to explain the process of a new home acquisition to first time home buyers.
She also regularly assists families with estate planning and can provide advice in the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and personal directives.
Outside of practice, Zeher enjoys spending time with her children, travelling, practicing yoga of all types and drinking good coffee.
